My recent stay at the Old Smithy was nothing short of extraordinary, surpassing even my high expectations as an architect constantly seeking the perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. From the moment I arrived, Chris and Dianne made me feel at home, providing a level of hospitality that is seldom found in such establishments. The spacious room was impeccably designed, featuring a beautiful parquet floor that added warmth and elegance while the flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a day of exploring. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail-finding my lost wallet promptly returned by the hosts exemplified their dedication to guests' well-being. The serene garden area, complete with comfortable furniture, invited moments of relaxation amidst the picturesque Shropshire landscape. Breakfast was not just a meal but a thoughtfully crafted experience, with a menu tailored to individual preferences. The Old Smithy is a remarkable haven that I cannot recommend highly enough; I will certainly be returning soon.
